Damage Claims & Reporting

Any claim for property damage must be reported to Grass Geeks Landscaping in writing within 7 days of the service date. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Opportunity to Correct

If a client is dissatisfied with any service provided, Grass Geeks Landscaping must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the issue before any third-party repairs are made or legal action is taken.

Customer Responsibilities

• Providing safe access to the property
• Removing obstacles from service areas
• Disclosing known property concerns

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or hidden issues not visible before service.
